Our goal is to help today's forward thinking high school students become the leaders of tomorrow by continuing their education at an accredited 4 year college or university.

How to Apply:

1. If you are a new applicant and interested in the program, email Kim McCaslin Schlieker at kim@mrdevelopment.net for more information. Please include your name, phone number, and address.
2. An application may be downloaded from our website.
3. You will automatically receive an application if you received a scholarship last semester.

Eligibility Requirements:

1. You must be a high school senior, college freshman, sophomore, junior or senior who is enrolled in a two year community college or a four year college or University.
2. Applicants must be registered for a minimum of nine credit hours per semester and must demonstrate a financial need.
3. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents.
4. Applicants must have a cumulative GPA of 2.75 at the time of application.
5. Applications must be completed and returned along with an official transcript by the deadline date. Deadline for the Fall semester is July 1st and the deadline for the Spring semester is December 1st.
