What to Bring to Your Appointment
Valid Drivers License. A copy of your most recent mortgage statement, showing that you are current with your payments. All parties that signed your original lease agreement must be present to sign the mineral deed.

It takes about 15 minutes to process all of the paperwork. Once all of the papers have been signed Cambridge will cut you a check on the spot.
